Margaux Alvarez, a six-time CrossFit athlete, received a shocking discovery in an email blast last Friday.
After this event, she has been relieved of her position as CFL3 coach for the past five and a half years, Alvarez is an employee of the L1 workshop.
The subject of this email was “Why don’t you join Open Open?” She started writing a newsletter explaining that she must reach sea level to remain competitive and not have the time or interest to spend money.
