Procurement rules for Defra and Government . How does this square with telling Government departments / local authorities that they will not buy peat or plants in peat when there is no EU regulations on peat? Notice the great get out clause of price, so given all peat substitutes are more expensive we are faced with a double-whammy totally impossible Government policy, so why are they trying to get our customers to impose the un-imposable?

LED bus tour (348)Graham Ward OBE has been awarded an Associateship by the Royal Agricultural Societies (ARAgS). The Council presented the Award to recognise his ten years work leading horticultural knowledge and applied research transfer to growers from the industry-owned Stockbridge Technology Centre .
