  • What was a Victorian Farm like – Looks at how farming changed from the medieval strip farming system and how the Victorians developed and mechanised farming, with an emphasis on the Yorkshire Wolds.
  • Using the products of harvest – Shows some of the products we can make from Cereal Grains such as flour, bread and beer
  • Dressing a Lambs carcass. – Shows how your local butcher dresses or butchers a lambs carcass for you to enjoy your favourite cuts of lamb such as chops, leg or shoulder of lamb.
