The award was for the new range of sprouted peas   Very healthy eating   The chefs on the judging panel were very enthusiastic

Clarification Of Guidance On Technical Equivalence Applications

The guidance document relating to Two-Stage Applications has been updated to include the requirement for all requests for consideration of the technical equivalence of a new source with that currently approved to be supported by 5 batch data, methods of analysis and validation data and details of the method of manufacture.

Applications for the consideration of technical equivalence of new sources will not be accepted without these supporting data for the new technical

Revision of the Application Forms (2)

Regulatory Update 27/2009 (20 August 2009) announced the introduction of 4 new application forms for applications for various types of approval,

We have now uploaded new versions of forms CRD1, CRD2, CRD3 and CRD4 (reference ‘ver. 1.2 (16/11/2009)’ These now include specific boxes in Part A where the contact persons can specify their title (Mr., Miss, Dr. etc). These should be used with immediate effect. You will find links to the forms in The Applicant Guide (the existing links in Regulatory Update 27/2009 will also take you to the new versions).

When completing the forms please take care not to amend or delete any of the existing text.
